Mechatronic solutions for accelerating innovation and improving the robustness and capacity of products.
Sioux develops and creates innovative mechatronic solutions, from conceptual design to the production of test sets, single-use machines and serial products. This enables us to support high-tech OEMs in realising and accelerating innovation processes, improving the robustness and capacity of products, and reducing costs.
Sioux acted as a main contractor; mechanical, optical, software, electronic and firmware design were performed in-house. The transformation of the (outsourced) industrial design into series of producible components was performed by Sioux. SA number of concept changes were implemented to determine the CoG targets. During the (clinical) test phases, PamGene also received support from Sioux.
Sioux developed the complete test rig. This includes the mechanical, electrical, and software/PLC design Sioux also took care of the realization, verification, transportation, and installation of the complete test rig additionally including safety certification. The project was executed as a turnkey project on an extremely short time frame.
Lithography for advanced packaging is different from lithography for front-end wafer processing. The requirements involved are unique and varying. The resist films range from thin to thick. Kulicke & Soffa developed the Liteq 500, a wafer stepper that is flexible and can effectively deal with all these variations and specific needs.
Sioux developed the concept for the microfluidic laboratory. The realized systems contain an automatic liquid handling system and an integrated digital microscope.
