Sioux Embedded Systems Ltd. hosted successfully our 1st Hot-or-Not event with “Software Design” workshop in Danang on August 16, 2014. We recognize that Software Engineering, as a young profession, is still a lot of manual labor compared to other disciplines. While personal software skills remain utterly important, progress in software development process, architecture, design and testing is helping us to craft software faster and with more quality. The workshop showed participants the latest trends and tools to get high tech systems to the market in time. Mr. Robert Hendriksen, a Dutch Senior Software Architect, was invited as a guest speaker to share his valuable theoretical and practical experience.
Hot-or-Not attracted more than 80 participants including students from different colleges and universities as well as software engineers from IT companies in Danang. We received many good feedback along with recommendations from the attendants. We have considered this as the first positive starting point. We are looking forward to organizing the 2nd Hot-or-Not in the beginning of 2015.
Mr. Robert Hendriksen is a Dutch Senior Software Architect with more than 20 years of experience in developing softwares. He would like to share his hands-on knowledge that he has gained in reality to inspire the young generation the passion for technology.
Once again, thank you for all of your contribution to the successful outcome of the event.
